Google Tensor chip launches

Google I/O has announced the latest hardware portfolio in their list. Tensor. You heard it right. Google's first custom-built SoC specifically for Pixel phones. It was built for today and in the future for Pixel end users.

The features are powered by AI and ML, it’s not simply about adding more computing resources,  it’s about using that ML to unlock specific experiences for its Pixel users.

Google Tensor advantages:

The team that designed it silicon wanted to make Pixel even more capable. For example, with Tensor chip, it is customized to run Google's computational photography models. For users, this means entirely new features, plus improvements to existing ones.

Tensor enables its team as Google phones envisioned, the smartphones that keep getting better, while tapping the most powerful parts of Google, all in a highly personalized experience. 

Tensor processor also comes with a new security core and Titan M2, upcoming Pixel 6 will have the most layers of hardware security.

The end user would see it as revamped camera system to speech recognition and much more. So whether you're taking photo or communicate with a nearest one, Pixel will be there.
