How to customize iPhone's or iPad's Control Center?

Here you go for the simple steps.

In iPhone's or iPad's Setting, scroll down and tap Control Center. You will see few (-) option with already selected control, and some with (+) for adding them in control center later to work best for your device. 

You can use (-) if you don't want that particular option and it will be removed from there. And you can use (+) to add that particular action on control center that you can use it sooner.
     
Touch and Hold to move a control 'up' or 'down'.

To access the Control Center, swipe down from the top-right corner of your iPad screen. For iPhone, swipe up from the bottom edge.

You're done. Tap a control you would like to use from the Control Center.
