How to add or remove the credit or debit card on iPhone or iPad

Would you like to know how to remove or add the payment method on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch or Mac etc.? If yes, read this article to know its simple steps.

If you are the owner of Apple device/s and have Apple or iCloud or iTunes IDs and Password then you can do the changes of payment setting on iPhones or iPod etc.

Find the simple steps to add or remove the credit or debit card on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.

Step 1: Open the Settings app.

Step 2: Tap your name.

Step 3: Tap Payment & Shipping. It might ask you to sign in with your Apple ID.

Step 4: To add a payment method, tap Add Payment Method.
        
Step 5: You need to edit and fill your correct information in each field.

Step 6: It may ask you to enter the security code that's printed on your credit or debit card.

Step 7: If you see Apple Pay after the last 4 digits of the card number, go to the Wallet app to edit the card information.
        
To remove a payment method, tap Edit, then tap the Delete button. You're done.
        
To change the order of your payment methods, tap Edit, then use the move order icon .*

*Apple will attempt to charge payment methods in order from top to bottom. You can't change the order in which Apple ID balance is charged.

Please note, in case if you are trying to remove the already added credit card it may not remove if there is an active subscription is going on. You need to wait for the same.

How to change the payment method on your Mac?

Step 1: Open the App Store on your Mac.
    
Step 2: Click your name or the sign in button  at the bottom of the sidebar.
    
Step 3: Click View Information.
    
Step 4: Next to Payment Information, click Manage Payments. (If you're using an older version of macOS, click Edit to the right of Payment Type.) It may ask you to sign in with your Apple ID.

Step 5: Follow the further simple and friendly instruction given by the Mac.
