Redmi 9A smartphone: Features, specifications and price
Mi India, India’s number one smartphone and smart TV brand, today (September 2, 2020) announced the latest Redmi 9A as a part of their bestselling Redmi A series of smartphones.
The brand has recently released Redmi 9 and Redmi 9 Prime phones as well. Some of Redmi A series phones, Redmi 5A and Redmi 6A were the #1 smartphones globally as per Canalys Smartphone Analysis – Q3 2018 (November 2018 release) and Canalys Smartphone Analysis – Q1 2019 (May 2019 release).
Redmi 8A Dual was the #1 shipped device nationally in Q2 2020, as per IDC Quarterly Mobile Phone Tracker, June 2020.

It is available in two variants, 2GB+32GB and 3GB+32GB with a 2+1 dual SIM slot and dedicated microSD card slot allowing expansion up to 512GB. The phone runs on Android 10 operating system.

Redmi 9A features a 16.5cm(6.53) HD+ IPS LCD display with a 20:9 aspect ratio as compared to TFT screen panels with 18:9 aspect ratio which are present on smartphones in this segment. It also comes with TÃœV Rheinland Low Blue Light certification allowing better visibility in reading mode.
