SCANTA (AR and ML firm) on a global Hiring spree - After Tyler Lindell, Hires Monette Stephens

After the successful induction of Tyler from Tesla, the company has successfully roped in Monette Stephens as Chief Strategy Officer from SF Growth Labs. SCANTA, the company which is pioneering the work on AR has been increasing its workforce in US and India on a very aggressive manner to stay ahead of the competition, in order to leverage the patented technology which will help AR avatars to emote according to the voice commands on a real-time basis, that too with the help of Machine Learning algorithms.
The San Francisco headquartered start-up with one office in Gurgaon is looking to hire 50 more employees in this year, thus more than nearly doubling the headcount of the organization.
On the latest hiring, Chaitanya Hiremath, Founder & CEO, SCANTA said, “We are looking at aggressive growth momentum in the coming months and we are trying to gear up to match for the momentum. With addition of Monette, we are going to open up other business verticals for us which we have not explored till date.”
SCANTA has already raised funding from US and Germany based investors, it is now looking to strengthen its position in the market through manpower with proven track record.

She also brings in the experience of a mentor and coach from her prior association with Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Centre which can be beneficial for the young team to evolve and outperform.
