The device has built with the polycarbonate body of 5.2 inch display screen and made with NCVM (Non-Conductive Vacuum Metallization) technology. 

M6 will be running with the latest Android operating system. The device comes with either 16GB or 32GB internal memory variants. Meizu M6 is powered by MediTek MT6750 / ARM® Cortex-A53 processor paired by either 2GB or 3GB RAM based on the different variants.
